Description

The Moët et Chandon Brut Impérial, delivered in a magnum with a wooden case, is a remarkable bottle.

This cuvée is one of the best-known in the world. It is distinguished by its finesse and consistency.
Brut Impérial Moët et Chandon is a subtle and extremely precise blend of grapes from over 200 vineyard parcels.

The 3 Champagne grape varieties are Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.

This blend also includes 20 to 30% reserve wines, adding a touch of maturity and complexity.

The Brut Impérial Moët et Chandon has a pale yellow color with green reflections and fine bubbles forming lively cords.

On the nose, notes of apple and pear are complemented by white flower aromas, followed by buttery nuances.
On the palate, it offers a beautiful liveliness combined with a subtle acidity, resulting in a flavorful and smooth mouthfeel.

The palate also reveals notes of stone fruits.

This Champagne is complex, full-bodied, and, served at 10°C, pairs perfectly with a meal.

Storage recommendation

Temperature too high, speeds up aging and damages wine quality.
Temperature too cool, slows evolution and prevents wine from developing greater complexity.

Champagne is particularly sensitive to light. Transparent glass bottles need special protection.

Very low humidity levels combined with too high a temperature could dry out the cork and cause it to develop too quickly.

The bottle contains between 6 and 8 bars of pressure, i.e. three times the pressure contained in a car tire.
