Le Cote Rotie from Maison Guigal draws its singularity from a subtle and historic blend of grape varieties. Mainly composed of Syrah, it is enriched with a touch of Viognier, co-fermented according to an ancestral tradition specific to the appellation.
La Syrah, a noble grape variety from the Rhône, brings structure, intensity and deep aromas of black fruits, spices and liquorice.
Le Viognier, at a level of 5 to 10%, offers freshness and floral delicacy, revealing notes of violet and apricot.
